It has been announced that Nayanthara will play Rajinikanth's love interest in the film with the release of the second single, 'Saara Kaattrae.' It also left fans guessing about Meena and Khushbu's roles in the film, as they were previously speculated to co-star alongside the celebrity.

VIKRAM will be directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj and will star Ulaganayagan Kamal Haasan in the lead role. According to sources, the film's subject would be action with a gangster storey at its core, and it will be extra-special for a variety of reasons.

For the first time, the film will star the extremely brilliant Kamal Haasan, Vijay Sethupathi, and Fahadh Faasil. In this movie, young promising actor Kalidas, son of actor Jayaram, will be seen playing Kamal Haasan's son. Another huge piece of news is that actor and choreographer Sandy Master, who rose to prominence after appearing on Bigg Boss Tamil, has confirmed that he will be working on the film as a choreographer.

The antagonists in Vikram are Vijay Sethupathy and Fahad Faasil. The part of Kamal's son is played by Kalidas Jayaram. VJS' romantic interests are played by Shivani of Big Boss fame, Myna Nandhini, and VJ Maheshwari, among others.

We already informed you that filming for this action thriller began in August with a sequence starring VJS and Shivani in Karaikudi. We also stated that the filmmakers intended to complete the film in one sitting and that the crew will be filming in several locations throughout Karaikudi. Director Rathnakumar, who is writing the dialogues for 'Vikram,' posted a behind-the-scenes photo from the set with the sticker "Lights On." The second schedule of the Vikram shoot has also begun, according to Lokesh's associate director Madras Logi Vignesh, who shared the news on his Instagram storey.

 

In Vikram, Kamal Haasan is rumoured to be sporting an 80s look, and de-aging technology is going to be used in this regard. Arjun Das, Narain, Antony Varghese, and a slew of other notable actors also star in the film. Anirudh Ravichander composed the soundtrack and music score for the film.
